So...today will be spent cleaning house, finishing up laundry and getting ready for our trip. We were going to leave tomorrow, but it looks like it will be Tuesday or Wed at the latest. Daddy still has a lot of work to finish before we go.
Speaking of getting ready for trips....I am making a list so I don't forget something. What is it that you always HAVE to have on a trip with kiddos (remember...we will be camping for a couple of the nights) First on my list is a good first aid kit I put together...with my little accident prone monkeys...this is a must. What is it that you always wished you had brought...but always forget?
Oh...and the name this kit is cancelled. Not enough time, lol. But...we will do one soon, I promise.

Enjoy your camping adventure Tracy! We used to take our two boys away every couple of weekends when they were toddlers.My list of essentials included: sunscreen, face washers in plastic zip lock bags (or wet wipes), lots of towels,washing line and pegs, tonka trucks,books,torches, sparklers for night time fun, glo in the dark toys,toy tools (to help fix the tent), matchbox cars,raincoats,slip on shoes, ground sheet and a tarpaulin. Brings back a lot of memories of muddy,dirty, tired little boys having lots of fun in the great outdoors!
